College Offering Project Management Workshop

The RWC Professional Development Institute (PDI) is offering a Project Management Workshop on February 17 and 18.
Registrants will have the opportunity to learn a team-based, collaborative approach to project management.
Intended for everyone in the organization, this hands-on, highly interactive workshop immerses participants in the simple, easy-to-use project management method, with minimal lecture and maximum class involvement.
The major learning objectives for this workshop include working with the sponsor to start off the project in the right direction, becoming a better project leader, leading a team through a collaborative planning process, and maintaining team member accountability.
The workshop will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Flory Center on the RWC campus. The training costs $695 per person.
