Join UC Racquetball: Open to All

University of Cincinnati's racquetball team is climbing the ladder when it comes to competitive sports. The team has been having its biggest year so far and is motivated to increase their chances at becoming bigger and better.
The team practices at the Uptown Campus recreation center every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6-9 p.m. The group is always up for playing new people. Beginners or familiar players, it doesn't matter.
Team members participate in intercollegiate tournaments about once a month. They also hold social dinners and provide a UC racquetball t-shirt to wear during tournaments. Joining the team is a great way to get in shape, meet new people, travel to different cities and states, and have fun.
Tournament and travel fees are paid for by the University, and food is provided at the tournaments. However, if you do not have a UC Rec Center pass, you would have to pay either $10.00 for a day or $80.00 for an entire quarter to join and use the facilities.
There are two coaches, Scott and Holly Hettesheimer, who can be reached at any time for any of those interested at 513-720-4400 (Scott) and 513-720-7580 (Holly).
If you do not have a racquet, just let us know, and we will provide one. All you really have to do is show up and be ready to play and have fun!
